In an attempt here is Marvin Michaels at a glance: a native of Amarillo, Texas born to a Muslim Father and a Southern Baptist Mother attended Catholic Grade School an only child with one brother graduated the University of Oklahoma with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering laid-off began stand-up career on the stages of Dallas, Texas laid-off again now lives in Burbank, CA.HOLLYWOOD REPORTER and T.V. GUIDE MAGAZINE have highlighted Marvins authentic viewpoints on life through comedy in response to his Talent Hold Contract with NBC UNIVERSAL. A contract Marvin was offered and signed following his standout showcase performance at the Hollywood Improv. Nick Thune, comedian/actor/writer/bird owner, is from Seattle, Washington. Nick has been on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno twice. On both occasions, he won. Comedy Central presented a half hour of Nick’s ‘world class’ stand-up comedy. It was a success for everyone involved, including the audience. Since 1993 Dale Jones has been perfecting his craft and has become one of the most wild and energetic comics in the country. He has entertained audiences at comedy clubs throughout the United States and Canada. His zany on-stage character always sends club patrons to the exits with lots of questions but no disappointments. His machine-gun style of delivery and animated facial contortions combined with quick improvisations and non-stop physical comedy leave the audience wishing they had his energy. Club owners and managers have gotten used to fielding questions about when Dale will be returning.Dale started his career in Nashville, Tennessee. While working (mostly wasting) his days away in a factory, his co-workers dared him to try his hand at his life long dream, making people laugh. He stepped on stage for the first time at a Zanies Comedy Club’s open mic night. Two years later, Dale turned a dream into a reality and started doing stand-up full time. Landry has appeared on CBS's The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson & The Bonnie Hunt Show on NBC. She starred in her own half-hour special, Comedy Central Presents Lisa Landry. And a nationwide vote catapulted her special to third place out of 100 top comedians in Comedy Central's annual Standup Showdown. She's the first woman to ever place in the top three.Landry's CD Put Your Keys in the Key Bowl was selected by iTunes as one of the Top 10 Best Comedy CDs of 2008. She is one of a handful of comedians chosen by TBS for their We Know Funny series of stand-up style commercials. She's also appeared on Comedy Central's Premium Blend and co-starred on NBC's Law and Order: SVU.
The Louisiana native was featured on Brett Butler's Southern Belles of Comedy DVD. Since graduating from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2002 with a degree in Communications, Matt Golightly resisted the urge to take a 9-5 job and turned his, at one-time hobby, and true love—stand-up comedy—into a career. His takes on dating, the club scene, politics, and popular culture strike a comedic nerve with audiences of all ages. No angst, no angry rants, just good clean fun from this self-proclaimed “square”. His personable and likeable stage presence has taken him to clubs and college campuses all over Texas and the southwest United States. Matt has been seen on Fox TV, The Bob & Tom Show, LAT TV, Late Shift with Kevin Ferguson, and recently participated in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition. Doug has a long list of credits to his name. He has his own documentary called Super High Me based on a joke from his stand-up act that’s available on DVD. He’s also been on NBC's Last Comic Standing and finished top six in the 2007 season. Doug is also a series regular on VH1's Best Week Ever. Chas Elstner has been a stand-up comic for over 24 years and has written, performed and produced two comedy albums “Is This Stuff Too Real For You?” and “A Man’s Home Is Her Castle.” Chas’ extensive comedic background includes performing as a featured clown in the Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus, studying at the renowned Second City in Chicago and being nominated as one of the college “Entertainers of the Year” after performing at over 200 colleges nationwide. He has also performed as an actor in off-broadway productions.Some of Chas’ most outstanding accomplishments have been his numerous television appearances which include MTV’s half-hour Comedy Hour, VH-1’s Standup Spotlight, Entertainment Tonight, Showtime Comedy Club Allstars IV, Fox Television, national television debut on ABC, four appearances on Evening at the Improv, and The Best of Evening at the Improv, Volume 3 on DVD.
Elstner has performed as the opening act for many recording artists. He was the opening act for Gloria Estefan & The Miami Sound Machine for two years, wherein he performed in 15,000 seat arenas.
