Rebecca Corry - Jul 29,30,31
Rebecca Corry says her start in comedy began, "when I came out of my mother's womb thinking... what is this? Some kind of joke?" She was born and raised in the Seattle suburb of Kent, Washington... or as she likes to call it, "the El Camino-driving, hot dog water loving, one-toothed pregnant teen capital of the world". Rebecca lived in Chicago for 8 years, where she studied writing, acting and improvisation at The Second City, Annoyance and Center Theater. After an 11-month run in the Chicago production of Tony and Tina's Wedding as the pregnant maid of honor, Corry moved to Los Angeles. Immediately following her arrival she appeared at the HBO workspace in her first one-woman show, Have You Ever Been Called a Dwarf?, hosted a pilot for the Oxygen Network and was chosen to perform as a "new face" at the Montreal Comedy Festival. Shortly after that, she landed a memorable role as Paul Giamatti's receptionist, Astrid Barker, in the feature film Big Fat Liar. She then guest-starred on CBS's Yes, Dear and was in a national commercial campaign for Gallo wine.Between performing at clubs like The Improv, The Ice House, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory and many more, Rebecca hosted the second season of Mix It Up. The interior design show created and executive produced by Courteney Cox and David Arquette. She went on to guest star on The King of Queens, The Bernie Mac Show, The Wayne Brady Show, NBC's Late Friday, Comics Unleashed, E's 101 series, Comedy Central's Premium Blend and Rules Of Engagement. Her second one-woman show, Rebecca Corry With Balls, was the LA Weekly's "Comedy Pick of the Week". Rebecca beat out thousands to become a finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing 4 and currently headlines at universities and clubs around the country. She can currently be seen in her half-hour special, Comedy Central Presents on Comedy Central.
Ryan Stout - Aug 5, 6, 7
In general, Ryan Stout loves to explore morally repugnant subject matter with smart and sterile objectivity. His exaggerated honesty, delightful insincerity, and cute self-righteousness sell his wickedly witty material. No matter what the topic, this suit-clad comic appeals to everyone’s sense of logic. And to assure his brand of "offensive humor" stays on an intellectual level, he tries to keep swear words out of his act. Oh, he’ll talk about rape and abortion, but it won’t be filthy.
Ryan is the winner of the Boston International Comedy Festival’s Stand-up Comedy Competition. In addition, he was a featured performer at HBO’s The Comedy Festival in Las Vegas and at HBO’s U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO. Soon after his festival appearances, he hosted two game show pilots for MTV, I.Q. and Singled Out. He performed stand-up on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and made several appearances on the nationally syndicated radio program The Bob & Tom Show. Stout settled in to his television career by reviewing, re-capping and capping-on several of MTV’s popular reality shows. As the host of the network’s "aftershow" series A Shot at Love: The Hangover and More Amore, he told jokes, performed in short sketches and interviewed reality show contestants. Establishing himself as a go-to host for any event, the network called on Stout to host television specials, including MTV’s Most Valuable Players and the iconic MTV Spring Break ’08. Another MTV game show pilot called Pop-a-razzi! followed, along with a position hosting a series called MTV’s Ranked.
In the midst of all his television work he still managed to continue doing stand-up all over the United States and performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs International Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada. The following year brought a few more MTV jobs, hosting reunion episodes of reality shows and, as you might’ve guessed, yet another game show pilot. That year also brought appearances on WGN’s television version of the The Bob & Tom Show and on E! Entertainment’s Chelsea Lately. And by year’s end, he filmed his very own Comedy Central Presents half-hour special.

Dante - Aug 13, 14
Born Jay Dante Rusciolelli, DANTE is currently a cast member on Last Comic Standing. On Last Comic Standing, he received the Capital One / No Hassle Pass audience favorite award in the LA auditions and again at the Semi-finals, becoming one of only two comedians in the show's history to receive back-to-back audience favorite awards; he even received the first standing ovation ever had during the show's semis round! On the show he is represented in the story line as the cute stay at home dad. The Internet response to Dante has been the most positive out of everyone. By far the most talked about cast member on line.Dante is one of the top headlining comedians in the United States, appearing on numerous television shows and in films, and appearing to sold-out crowds across the country, as well as making regular stops each year at U.S. military bases around the world, entertaining the troops in every branch of the Armed Forces. He has been honored as the recipient of several comedy awards, including the $10,000 grand prize on America's Funniest People on ABC; he also still holds the record for winning the most comedy awards ever presented to a single comedian at the BET Comedy Awards. Dante was even the winner of Los Angeles "Funniest Black Comic in LA" award... we're still not sure how he even qualified for that one!
Beginning his career in San Diego at the La Jolla Comedy Store, Dante has since made a name for himself as one of the few comedians working today who are able to cross over to any crowd and still be just as funny. He is the rare sort of performer who can perform at an urban comedy club, do another set in front of a Latino crowd later that evening, and then still bring down the house at a Beverly Hills country club benefit show after that, all in the same night... and he has!
While he travels across the country, as well as abroad, today Dante calls Los Angeles his home, where you can catch him regularly at The Comedy Store and the Laugh Factory. In his comedy journey, Dante has had the honor and pleasure of working with some of the greats in the entertainment business, including Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, Milton Berle, BB King, Santana & Macy Grey... as well as Weird Al Yankovich (who may or may not qualify as one of the "greats" - but he IS a heck of a lot of fun!).
As an actor, Dante has been in over 20 plays. He received 1 of only 2 scholarships for acting at USIU. The other scholarship went to Jamie Foxx. Dante also studied under Jeff Goldblum at Playhouse West. He’s had many roles in films and on TV shows. He starred for 2 years on a sitcom called The Blackberry Inn on BET. It was their highest rated show ever. Dante was also the commercial spokesman for ICE LITE from Miller. And had a development deal with Sony/Tri-Star in '95.
With his sold-out club shows & recent television appearances, as well as upcoming projects in the near future, Dante is one act that's hard to miss!
Rob Little - Aug 19, 20, 21
Rob Little’s outlook on life can be summed-up in two words: Pure Optimism. At a young age, he developed and nurtured an upbeat philosophy about life. "In elementary school, kids would always pull food away from me at lunchtime saying mean, hurtful things like… ’Let go of my sandwich!’" Fortunately, Rob’s ability to see things in a positive light, coupled with his desire to make people laugh, has served him well. While working in a lucrative position as a computer programmer for IBM, he decided to take a huge risk. The Detroit-born comic sent out an ALL-company e-mail that read "If you aren’t happy here, quit your job and follow your dream." IBM promptly gave him his walking papers, but getting fired was a blessing for Rob and comedy lovers nationwide. He now enjoys an incredibly successful career as a standup comedian and with an impressive and growing portfolio of television and film appearances, he is quickly earning national recognition.Watch Rob in action, and you’ll agree that he is one of the very best stand-up comedians in the country. A sketch comedy player on the Fox Sports Net Show, The Best Damn Sports Show Period and Last Call with Carson Daly, Little uses his training from the world famous Second City Comedy Club to create routines that are inventive, funny, spontaneous, and completely unique. He headlines clubs and colleges all over the country, has appeared in national television commercials and on such shows as Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew, Comedy Central’s Distraction, Fox News and SiTV’s Latino Laugh Festival. He also earned a role on the CBS network summer hit series, Fire me Please. Rob’s recently released 2nd comedy DVD/CD, Haulin’ Ass, is another testament to his talent and status as a comedic force.
Having established himself as one of the funniest, most progressive, new comedians in the country, it’s easy to understand why entertainment bookers call him "The Future of comedy with more contagious energy than the Energizer Bunny". The Detroit Free press selected him as Michigan’s “Best up and Coming Comedian”, and he earned the title of “finalist” in both the Seattle and San Francisco International Comedy Competitions. Rob was also selected as a feature performer at the Chicago Comedy Festival along with the Boston Comedy and Movie Festival. And in 2007 Rob was named Maxim Magazine’s “Real Man of Comedy”.
Don’t let the "Little" name fool you. Little is BIG! But that has never slowed him down. "Yeah, I’m big, and all my relatives are too. Heck, we just got our family portrait done by aerial photography. And there are only three of us." The truth is, Rob is big in more ways than one. With a grin on his face, a gleam in his eye, and a passion for comedy that is larger than life, he’s the biggest thing to happen to comedy in a long, long time.
J.R. Brow - Aug 26, 27, 28

Christopher 'Kid' Reid - Sept 2, 3, 4
Christopher Reid, formerly known as "Kid", is an African American actor, comedian and former rapper. He graduated from the prestigious Bronx High School of Science in 1982. He is best known as one-half of late-80s/early-90s hip hop musical act Kid 'n Play with fellow rapper/actor Christopher "Play" Martin. Reid was particularly notable for his extreme hi-top fade hairstyle. On The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, he mentioned that he is the son of a Jamaican father and an Irish mother. Reid has appeared on a number of television programs, including Martin and Sister, Sister, and has also served as the host of amateur contest shows such as Your Big Break and It's Showtime at the Apollo. Tom Rhodes - Sept 9, 10, 11
It is his biological function to make people laugh and forget about their problems. It started when he was a boy when his parents argued ferociously he would act silly or say absurd things and there would be peace in their house for a brief period. It has been his dream to be a stand-up comedian since he was 12. And with a fake ID, he started when he was 17 and have done no other job since. His hands are as soft as a baby's bottom for lack of hard labor in his life. He's been luckier than most having his own sitcom on NBC and hosting his own late night talk show in Amsterdam for 2 years. He thinks nothing is more powerful than the written word and monumental ideas for world solutions expressed through comedy. He believes that all we have in this world is the art we leave behind after we are dead, and that no other measurement can sum up a life's worth. He believes it's also possible to change someone's life for the better by just showing them a drop of kindness. His goal in life is to make people piss their pants with laughter. Jim Jeffries - Sept 16, 17 (Rated RRR, May Be Offensive)
Australian born Jim Jeffries is a headline performer in countries including USA, Canada, India, Bahrain, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, South Africa, Sweden, Singapore, Dubai, Norway, France, Holland and the UK. Regarded as one of comedy’s fastest rising stars for stage and screen, his brash confrontational style has made him one of the most sought after comics on the world stage. Jim succeeds with jokes that most comedians wouldn’t touch with an ability to both charm and offend the crowd in equal measure. In 2005 Jim wowed audiences at The Montreal Just for Laughs Festival where he performed in the highly acclaimed Nasty Show and garnered one of the biggest press articles at the festival and was asked to return back in 2007 with his solo show The Second Coming which sold out every night and had ticket touts selling his tickets at 3 times face value. Last year (2007) Jim turned 30 and it wasn’t an easy year. He has narrowly avoided bombs in Iraq (where he was performing), punched in the face at The Comedy Store in Manchester (with the video clip being seen by over 8 million people over the Internet). If that’s not enough he also had a cancerous tumor removed from his penis and this year notoriously took on the Obsournes.
Off the back of two very successful Montreal and Edinburgh shows Jim is now touring the US (LA, San Francisco, Kansas City, Miami, Arlington, Chicago, Boston, Sacramento, Cleveland, Philadelphia and also opened for Dennis Leary at the 2800-capacity Beacon Theatre during the New York Comedy Festival).
It’s not all about live work though. Jim is in demand for TV and panel TV shows alike and you can catch Jim on Have I Got News For You (BBC1 & 2), Never Mind the Buzzcocks (BBC2), Comedy Cuts 1 & 2 (ITV2) and Comedy Blue (Paramount). You can catch Jim hosting the US NME Awards.
